The main object of providing education to all, especially to those belonging to the Minorities and other educationally backward classes. Estd. in 2005 in what started as Rama Convent Inter College, a school for children residing in near by villages Rama Group of Colleges has come a long way in pursuing its goal of imparting quality education at all levels be its primary, secondary, tertiary or professional education. In our constant Endeavour to take over group of colleges forward we are in pursuit of obtaining permission for various professional courses for higher studies via Pharma, Yoga, Library Science, BTC, ITI, B.Com, B.A., etc. It is our cherished dream to impart high quality education at all levels to young citizen of our country so that they are able to contribute successfully to the nation.

Our emphasis at Rama Convent Mahavidyalay is upon quality education and discipline so that we can prepare students to face global challenges and succeed in their endeavors. The college aims at equipping students to join profession with confidence, innovative thinking, and ample skill. The college lays emphasis on placement drive and provides ample opportunity to students to interact with renowned business and academic establishments.

Its own campus covering about 2.0 Hectares of land with an attractive building with all modern facilities. The college is set in beautiful grounds where pupils can study outside in the winter sunshine or, in summer, inside in the cool, spacious lecture rooms. It boasts a large, well-stocked library with subscriptions to over 30 journals.
